freeway at north front road so just off of 580 and that could cause a backup on the off-ramp, as well, and it it is a construction zone ahead of that. so with the lanes blocked off that is causing a bottleneck so we are seeing the load up of traffic in the westbound direction. thank you, leyla gulen. from georgia at this hour, police are on the scene of a shooting at a fedex building that is half an hour north of atlanta. our sister station tells us that fedex has confirmed the shooting at the facility and their primary concern is the safety and well-being of their team members. there are six patients taken to a hospital and some patients reportedly are in surgery. the fedex facility is on the proper of the cobb county

airport. had in word on what led up to the shooting and do not know what is happening with the shooter but our breaking news coverage continues on twitter. the nba is holding a news conference this morning to officially address racist comments attributed to clippers' owner don sterling before the team takes on the bar yours in the playoff series. katie marzullo is in the newsroom. you are hearing of protests? >> the warriors coach is calling for a boycott of the game saying if it were him he would not go, saying not showing up is the biggest statement. strong reaction to comments by donald sterling who told his former mistress not to associate with black people. a player says that is not the

the mother of the teen who stowed away on a flight from san jose to hawaii is emgritting to- emigrating to the united states to be with her son. she is living in ethiopia in a refugee camp and her 15-year-old hid in the wheel well on april 20 and her ex-husband took the boy to california and told him he died and when she found out he was alive she snuck on to a plane in san jose and now recovering in hawaii. >> police are searching for the shooter who fired five or six shots at two c.h.p. officers over the weekend at 1:00 o'clock a.m. open sunday during a traffic step. the officers pulled over the driver of a buick when he ran away and officers went after him and someone fired at the officers but they were not hit. they arrested the 25-year-old

driver but determined he was not involved in the shooting and now they are looking for the person who was. >> the white house task force to protect students from sexual assault will unveil findings as uc berkeley face as federal lawsuit filed by students sexually assaulted and ignored by the school. they have hired two investigators, and a health advisor and the white house report will recommend schools train the bystanders to enter reason and strengthen confidentiality of assault reports. the vice president biden will highlight a site www. www.notalone.gov and another group if san francisco is taking aim at those who represent out facilities and houses like a hotel room on a short-term basis. a group of activists and business people are trying to put a measure on the november ballot that makes rentals more difficult and only allowed in

at reduing the growing problem of sexual assault on college campuses. amy hollyfield is at uc berkeley, a exterior of the investigation. >> students are saying it is about time the white house stepped in and spoke out on the issue. white house officials are now saying one in five women is sexually assaulted while in college. something needs to be done. berkeley students brought the issue to the forefront by filing a lawsuit against cal saying they were sexually assaulted at berkeley but were ignored. there is a federal law that section if a check takes federal funding it is required to take action to prevent and respond to sexual assault. >> people have this idea that it occurs only in dark alleys with people you don't know.
